  Course Description:  
   
 
How to plan and start a new business or expand an existing owner-managed or family-owned business. The personal characteristics of successful entrepreneurs; the career path of successful entrepreneurs; prot and cash flow forecasts; sources of information; forecasting sales, the importance of relevant experience; finding financing; the business plan. Prerequisites: FINA 3320, LT 3335, MKTG 3340, OBBP 3370.
