  Course Description:  
   
 
This course focuses on financial reporting by government entities and nonprofit organizations.  It also covers the details of segment and interim reporting and introduces the student to the reporting rules set by the SEC.  The class is required for MSA students and recommended for anyone interested in bank lending.  Prerequisite:  Financial Accounting II or currently enrolled in M.S.A. program.
