What: MBAs across the country are commanding bigger salaries and getting heftier signing bonuses as demand increases for their skills. And interest in the MBA is on the rise in the United States and around the world.

George Johnson, Assistant Dean and Director of the Career Management Center at the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University, and David A. Wilson, President and CEO of the Graduate Management Admission Council—owner of the GMAT—will host a press luncheon to share predictions, observations and data about the opportunities and challenges facing MBAs and businesses in the Dallas/Forth Worth area and across the United States.

Background: The Graduate Management Admission Council® (GMAC®) supports a comprehensive research program designed to collect and analyze data from students, management schools, and employers worldwide. The organization annually surveys thousands of MBA students, recent management school graduates and corporate recruiters as part of an intensive effort to provide information and guidance to potential MBAs, educators, employers and the public.
GMAC is a nonprofit organization of leading graduate business schools worldwide dedicated to creating access to and disseminating information about graduate management education.
