SMU's Cox School of Business and Ernst & Young Management Briefing Series
Jeff Rich Chief Executive Officer, ACS
| WHO: |
Jeff Rich leads ACS as Chief Executive Officer. Rich left a career at Citibank because he wanted to build a company from the ground up. So in 1989, he joined a small data processing company known as ACS.
Through his vision and proactive nature, ACS expanded its service offerings and market segments. The result was a thriving outsourcing business that far exceeded data processing. Rich was named President and CEO in 1999. Under his direction, ACS has become a leading provider of business process outsourcing (BPO) and information technology (IT) outsourcing solutions to government and commercial clients worldwide. His passion for the business is evident from the moment you meet him. He knows the business, and he knows what drives business. As a services company, Rich realizes the importance of quality and client satisfaction. He possesses a strong affinity for his clients and enjoys interacting with them. And just like the company he runs, Rich's constantly establishing a vision, learning and growing to adapt to today's changing marketplace.
