John Manley, managing director at Salomon Smith Barney, will launch the 2001 Collins Economic Forum. Manley, an equity strategist, is chairman of the Equity Strategy Committee, as well as a member of the Investment Policy Committee. With more than 20 years in the investment industry, he is a frequent guest analyst for CNN, CNBC, PBS, and Wall Street Week.
