(Dallas, TX) - The Maguire Energy Institute is pleased to announce its 2000-20001 energy certificate program schedule. "Introduction to the Electric Industry" and "New Energy Fuels" are two new courses being offered this year.
In addition to receiving continuing education credit, these courses are designed to help participants improve their performance by gaining an in-depth understanding of energy markets, economics, strategies, and trends. As one past attendee noted, "All of the material has immediate relevance to business advisors."
Past speakers have included executives from ARCO, Caltex Petroleum, Coral Energy, FINA, Mobil Corporation, TXU, and other leading energy companies.
The programs are taught at the SMU campus in Dallas and the SMU-in-Legacy campus in Plano.
