Sam Donaldson, a 30-year ABC News veteran, was named Chief White House Correspondent for ABC News in January 1998. He covers the White House for "World News Tonight with Peter Jennings" and other ABC News programs. In addition, Donaldson is the co-anchor with Cokie Roberts of the ABC News Sunday morning broadcast "This Week with Dam Donaldson & Cokie Roberts."

Robert Novak has had a long career in print journalism. His weekly column "Inside Report" is one of the longest running political columns. Novak can be seen on CNN’s "Capital Gang" and as co-host of CNN’s "Evans and Novak." Novak has co-authored three books: Lyndon B. Johnson: The Exercise of Power, Nixon in the White House: The Frustration of Power, and The Reagan Revolution.
