James M. Collins Executive Education Center

Named in honor of James Mitchell Collins—business leader, public servant, family man, and exemplary alumnus of Southern Methodist University—the Collins Executive Education Center opened in September 2005. The 67,000-square foot facility houses the Executive MBA and Executive Education programs along with the MBA Global Programs office, the KPMG Institute for Corporate Governance, the Norman E. Brinker Institute for Hospitality and Restaurant Management, and the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking (SWGSB).

The Collins Center features high-tech classrooms and meeting rooms, informal gathering places, and convenient amenities.

  • Fourteen seminar rooms with seating for groups from six to 10 to promote teamwork and student interaction
